Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! This week I cover an article about chatbots, GE entering the AI healthcare space (a bit late if you ask me), a health system suing Leapfrog, and a health system taken down by ransomware. There is an article that asks where you should look to find your digital transformation leader and I wonder where a health system could find someone with technology knowledge and clinical acumen to help guide them. Hmmm, if only there were such people already in the health system that could be encouraged to help in this space (there is some sarcasm here for those missing my point).
