The interoperability rule is in the news again and it looks like providers won't be the ones financially penalized; ONC is going after the EMR vendors. Interesting strategy from the government. Epic (Judy to be specific) is trying to get the CEOs of large provider systems to write to the ONC and try to block the law but now there is less interest from the large systems to join her if they are not going to be punished by the law.
