1) We do what is hard for IT if it makes it easier for the clinician. 2) We train our clinicians to a level of proficiency on our IT tools BEFORE they touch a patient. 3) An infinite number of alerts does not make us infinitely safer. 4) Our customers are not always right and we need to deliver a product that exceeds their expectations. 5) For IT to build trust, we must have transparency. 6) Operations determines the "what" and the "when", IT determines the "who" and the "how". 7) When training, we meet our providers where they are and deliver content in the format they need.
